Consultation Fees

Our consultations are complimentary for all services. These consultations are lengthy, in-depth conversations. We set time aside from patient care and procedures to secure a consultation time for you. We appreciate if you cancel your appointment if you can not attend for any reason.

No Show / Late Cancellation

We thank you for giving us the opportunity to take care of your cosmetic needs. We are a busy clinic and need to plan ahead to perform your procedure. When you schedule an appointment, we block our provider time, room and equipment for your procedure. No show or late cancelations leave all of these unused. As a courtesy to our other customers and to The Studio Med Spa, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 


If you purchased a service package and do not show or cancel a scheduled session 24 hours in advance, one of your sessions will be deducted from the package and the cost for the session could EXCEED $100. For example, you purchased a 3 session package of laser treatment. You schedule and receive one treatment. You then schedule a second session, but do not show or cancel the appointment. The session is considered "completed" and you will only have one treatment session left.


You may call or text (858) 222-3262, email Info@studiomedspa.com, or use our portal to send a secure message. You will NOT be charged a cancellation fee for cancellation or rescheduling if you cancel at least 24 business hours in advance.

Guarantee

We do our best to achieve the best possible results, however there are many contributing factors that are out of our control and may effect the treatment outcome. Additional follow-up treatments may be necessary for desired results, or an expected result may not be achievable. For many procedures, clients require multiple treatments over several months with gradual results occurring over time. Some clients may achieve better results than others for unknown reasons. Clinical results will vary person to person. The Studio Med Spa will not grant additional free treatments or any refund for lack of results, or if results do not last as expected, or due to a complication, or for any other reason.

No Photography or Filming of Other Patients or Visitors

The Studio Med Spa is a private medical office. We ask that all visitors and patients to our practice refrain from filming or photographing other visitors or patients or the procedures, in accordance with the laws surrounding private medical spaces. We also ask that you respect the privacy of others, and not disclose whom you may have seen in our office, beyond our staff. We do work to limit patient-to-patient interaction for the privacy of our patients.

Child Policy

We understand the hustle and bustle of balancing family life with self-care. While we admire the dedication of hardworking parents, we are passionate in creating a serene & safe environment for all of our valued patients. 


We kindly ask that children not accompany you into the treatment rooms. Instead, we invite you to relax and enjoy your experience while we work our magic.


If your children are old enough, they are invited to lounge unaccompanied within our lobby.
